Our society Unique Insurance CGHS Limited was registered under Delhi Co-operative Society Act 1972 (Act No. 35 of 1972) under registration number 910(H) dated 18th November 1983.
The land was allotted to the society on 19.07.1996 vide Letter number F-7(58)93/GH/DDA/199. Total area of the plot of land is 8484.40 square meters.
The building plan was approved by DDA on 10th January 1997 vide Sanction number F23(35)96 Bld. The architect of the society is M/S Design and Design.
Allotment of the flats was done through draw of lot in the presence of all members and DDA officials on 28.02.2002.
Our society is North facing and is in the closeproximity to Sector 6 and Sector 10 Central Market. It is well connected with 2 Metro Lines. One isblue line on which Dwarka Sector 10 is the nearest metro station at a distance of 1.5 K.M. Second line is Magenta Metro Line and the nearest metro station is Palam at a distance of 2.5 K.M. Within the vicinity of our society exist number of banks, schools, hospitals, etc.
There are 109 flats in 4 blocks with 7 floors in each block.All flats have same area and are 3 BHK with attached washrooms, 2 balconies.
The society maintains a beautiful park cum lawn and also maintains a triangular park owned by DDA at the junction of the society. CCTV cameras are installed in the society for enhanced security.
The members of society are very cooperative and are proactively involved in various religious ceremonies and celebration of festivals which include some prominent festivals like Republic day, Independence day, Holi, Diwali etc. Keeping barriers like religion, caste and color aside, members of the society eagerly participate in social activities, like organising bhandara, to feed the poor and needy.
We are thankful to our pioneer members who have put tremendous efforts and endured the pain to construct a sturdy housing complex at a very prime location.
