Our society Unique Insurance CGHS Limited was registered under Delhi Co-operative Society Act 1972 (Act No. 35 of 1972) under registration number 910(H) dated 18th November 1983. The land was allotted to the society on 19.07.1996 vide Letter number F-7(58)93/GH/DDA/199. Total area of the plot of land is 8484.40 square meters. The building plan was approved by DDA on 10th January 1997 vide Sanction number F23(35)96 Bld. The architect of the society is M/S Design and Design.
Allotment of the flats was done through draw of lot in the presence of all members and DDA officials on 28.02.2002. Our society is North facing and is in the closeproximity to Sector 6 and Sector 10 Central Market.
